This role is key in ensuring that our business applications operate seamlessly, enabling high\-performance operations across multiple domains. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, bridging technology and operations, and contributing to the continuous elevation of our systems, processes, and user experience. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Provide application support across multiple business systems, ensuring reliability and performance * Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with efficiency and attention to detail * Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating needs into effective solutions * Support and participate in system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and system accuracy * Document processes, configurations, and best practices * Identify opportunities to optimize systems and enhance user experience * Contribute to a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement **Profile** ----------- ### **Experience** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application support roles * Proven experience supporting multiple business applications * Experience in complex, multi\-system environments (retail, hospitality, or similar sectors is a plus) ### **Functional Knowledge** * Accounting and finance processes * Billing and customer management * Supplier management and accounts payable * Logistics and warehouse management ### **Technical Skills** * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Cegid Primavera) * Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus * Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a plus) * Experience with system integrations (APIs, ETL) is valued ### **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Detail\-oriented with a commitment to quality * Clear and effective communication skills * Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach * Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
