Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support store management, ensure smooth service operations, provide customer service, and handle complaints, while upholding quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the manager and substituting in essential functions 2. Providing friendly customer service and resolving inquiries 3. Handling complaints and verifying cleanliness * **Working Hours:** 3:00 PM to 10:10 PM or 4:00 PM to 11:10 PM, with 2 rotating weekly days off (works 6 days, rests 2\) * **Profile:** Support the store manager and substitute for them whenever necessary in performing their respective duties; ensure proper functioning of all equipment and service areas; provide friendly, empathetic, and courteous customer service, capable of clarifying any questions related to products sold; handle customer complaints; supervise and verify cleaning work at the unit, ensuring compliance with predefined quality specifications and standards at the establishment. Compensation: €1,000.00 – €1,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site
