#### **Your Responsibilities**
Managing a shift at Domino's means managing a miniature business. In every service, you are responsible for the product, the team, and the results — with real autonomy and support from a global network.
* Lead the in-store team and ensure quality and speed on every delivery
* Manage stock, orders, restocking, and operational organization of the shift
* Calmly resolve unexpected issues and close the shift with all metrics in the green
* Welcome and onboard new employees — your team starts with you
* Support the Store Manager in coordinating and motivating the team
#### **Your Profile**
You have experience in foodservice — preferably quick-service — and have led people, even informally. You know that a great shift begins before the store opens. Intense service pressure doesn’t block you — it energizes\-you.
* Prior experience in foodservice or grocery retail (QSR preferred)
* Leadership ability and clear communication skills with diverse teams
* Availability for rotating shifts and weekends
* Results orientation and operational KPI management
* Experience in delivery operations is valued
