We work across functions and business areas to improve collaboration, establish effective ways of working, and support teams in delivering change. Our focus includes developing capabilities in OKR, Lean, and Change while enabling the successful execution of transformation initiatives. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Support the further development and implementation of Transformation Office working methods, particularly in OKR, Lean, and Change. * Contribute to internal transformation projects by structuring workstreams, tracking milestones, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring reliable follow\-up. * Enable cross\-functional collaboration by bringing colleagues together in working groups and exchange formats, preparing sessions, guiding discussions, and consolidating outcomes. * Prepare and support workshops, governance formats, leadership meetings, and management\-ready materials that drive alignment and decision\-making. * Translate transformation concepts into practical templates, routines, communication materials, and follow\-up actions that help embed new ways of working in the organization. **What You Bring** * You have initial professional experience in transformation, project management, PMO, consulting, organizational development, or a comparable environment. * You bring a strong interest in transformation methodologies and new ways of working, particularly OKR, Lean, and Change Management. * You enjoy working with people across organizational boundaries and are confident in guiding interactive formats, coordinating stakeholders, and creating alignment across diverse groups. * You are able to structure topics clearly, connect conceptual thinking with practical implementation, and keep multiple workstreams on track. * You are comfortable preparing management\-ready content and translating discussions into concrete outcomes, actions, and next steps. * You have a proactive, hands\-on mindset and enjoy contributing to internal improvement and transformation initiatives with a visible company\-wide impact. * You are fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial. **About the Team** In our Transformation Office, the Project Management team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives.
