Summary: Universal Kraft is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support renewable energy project planning and management, coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring project progress. Our projects span from small hydro, wind, and solar to waste\-to\-energy, water treatment, and energy storage solutions, including green Hydrogen and green Ammonia. With offices in the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field * 2\+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders * Proficiency in project management software and tools * Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes * Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the renewable energy industry * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Fluent in English, (Knowledge of Spanish French \& Portuguese is a plus) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the project manager in all aspects of project planning and management * Coordinate and communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and external partners * Assist in the development and monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations * Conduct research and analysis to support project decision\-making and problem\-solving * Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders * Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise * Manage project documentation, ensuring accurate and up\-to\-date records are maintainedSupport the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the project team WE OFFER: * Competitive salary and benefits package according to experience. * Opportunity to work in the fast\-growing renewable energy sector * Integration on a young, motivated team * Multicultural and international working environment * Local discounts * Professional development and growth opportunities within the company * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Chance to make a positive impact on combating climate change Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 1,100\.00€ \- 1,600\.00€ per month Work Location: In person
