Production Operations Coordinator*

Description

Summary: Supervise daily production activities in a food and supplement manufacturing environment, coordinate operators, monitor performance, plan schedules, and support team training. Highlights: 1. Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail ROLE: Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met within a food and supplement manufacturing environment; Coordinate production operators to maintain an efficient and productive workflow; Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions when required; Plan production schedules and maintain accurate production records and documentation; Ensure the availability of materials and resources necessary to support production activities; Report production results, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to the Production Manager; Support the onboarding and training of new production team members. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred); Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; Previous experience supervising or coordinating teams (preferred); Strong organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills; Ability to perform effectively in a fast\-paced production environment; Good Excel skills and confidence using technology and digital tools; Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to detail.
