The role sits at the intersection of database administration, infrastructure automation, and cloud\-native engineering, with direct ownership over the database layer across multiple services and technologies. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Deploy, manage, and optimize stateful database workloads on Kubernetes, with a primary focus on PostgreSQL * Implement persistent storage solutions, backup and restore pipelines, data replication, and HA/DR strategies * Develop automation for provisioning, upgrades, and scaling using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) * Monitor and troubleshoot database and cluster performance * Enforce security standards: RBAC, encryption, secrets management, and network policies * Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Development teams to design and evolve database\-as\-a\-service patterns * Contribute to international projects and influence current and future technology choices ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or work permits.
