Working in partnership with HR, IT and business leaders, the role optimises existing technology, including the payroll \& time and attendance landscape, and identifies future technology opportunities, shapes investment decisions and ensures digital solutions deliver measurable value for employees, managers and the organisation. **We count on you for:** * Own the HR Technology Strategy and multi\-year roadmap, aligning technology investment with business and HR priorities. * Define the target HR technology and data architecture, partnering with People Analytics, Data and IT to ensure secure, integrated and well\-governed data flows across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, enterprise data platforms, reporting and analytics. * Lead the evolution of the employee digital experience, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience through technology and AI. * Own the HR technology investment portfolio, developing business cases, prioritising investment opportunities and managing the agreed budget for new technology initiatives and enhancements. * Act as the strategic business partner to IT, representing HR priorities and ensuring effective governance, delivery and value realisation. * Identify, evaluate and prioritise emerging technologies, AI capabilities and market innovations that enhance organisational capability. * Provide strategic oversight of the HR technology portfolio, ensuring solutions remain fit for purpose, integrated and aligned with enterprise architecture. * Lead the technology dimension of global payroll, time and attendance and workforce management transformation, harmonising a multi\-country, multi\-provider and multi\-system landscape and ensuring robust master data, controls and interfaces support accurate, compliant and scalable processing. * Monitor the effectiveness, adoption and value of HR technology, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement. **Success Looks Like** * Employees and managers experience intuitive, connected and efficient digital journeys. * HR technology investments deliver measurable business value and support organisational priorities. * Core HR, payroll and time technologies are progressively harmonised, with reliable and controlled data flows across countries and providers. * AI capabilities are adopted responsibly to improve employee experience and HR effectiveness. * HR and IT operate as trusted strategic partners with clear accountability and shared objectives. * Technology decisions are informed by business outcomes, user needs and future organisational capability. **You will bring:** * Demonstrated experience shaping HR technology strategy, digital transformation or employee technology initiatives. * Practical experience delivering payroll technology transformation or harmonisation across multiple countries, systems and providers, including time and attendance solutions. * Strong understanding of HR technology, AI and emerging digital trends. * Ability to translate business and people priorities into technology roadmaps and investment recommendations. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across HR, IT and senior leadership. * Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integration, master data, data models and governance, with experience partnering with Analytics, Data and IT teams. * Commercial and strategic mindset, with experience developing business cases and prioritising investment. * Customer\-focused approach, with a passion for improving employee and manager experiences. * Analytical and data\-driven, using insight to inform decisions and measure outcomes. * Comfortable leading through ambiguity, driving innovation and managing change in a complex environment. **You will get:** * The Belgium annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €113,000 to €156,000\. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. The primary location for this job is Belgium; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation.
