If you are passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and DevOps culture, this opportunity could be for you! **DevOps Engineer Expert** **Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes across multiple teams. * Support the adoption of DevOps best practices, automation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Analyze ALM lifecycle processes and identify optimization opportunities across development, testing, and operations phases. * Develop reusable automation scripts and frameworks using Bash, PowerShell, and Python. * Manage and maintain DevOps tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. * Review pull requests and contribute to shared libraries and automation standards. * Collaborate with technical and cross\-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency and operational reliability. * Act as a technical lead, mentoring teams and promoting knowledge sharing initiatives. * Create technical documentation, standards, and training materials to ensure team autonomy and process consistency. * Support teams in the adoption of new tools, pipelines, and DevOps methodologies. * Participate actively in Agile environments and continuous delivery initiatives. **Skills** * Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 10\+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or related roles. * Strong experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible. * Experience developing automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, or Python. * Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and cloud\-native environments. * Experience analyzing and optimizing ALM processes and development workflows. * Experience as a technical lead or mentor within engineering teams. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is valued. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to explain technical concepts and promote continuous improvement across teams. * Fluent in English – written and spoken. * Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
