Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee IT project delivery, with a focus on infrastructure, operations, and DevOps, and experience in Agile environments. Key Highlights: 1. Regular mentoring program We are recruiting a **Senior Delivery Manager** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of hybrid working. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; * Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Delivery/Service Delivery; * At least 3 years of experience (minimum) in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with technical teams in Infrastructure, Operations, or DevOps; * Proven experience implementing Governance and Quality Assurance; * Solid knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint; * Ability to structure operational documentation and templates (runbooks, knowledge base, change evidence, post-validation); * Technical background in Infrastructure, Operations, or DevOps (preferred); * Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and change management (CAB, risk, evidence) (preferred); * Scrum Master, ITIL, or PRINCE2 certifications will be valued; * Fluency in English (mandatory). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring program; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled technology projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday leave and Employee Referral Bonus.
