Our Values:Lead \& Inspire, Commit to Win, Driven to Deliver Excellence, Customer Obsession,One Curaleaf Main Responsibilities * Equipment Operation: Operate, set up, and maintain production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Production \& Formulation: Follow batch records and recipes to produce cannabis products; accurately weigh and measure ingredients. * Quality Control: Perform in\-process checks, collect samples for analysis, and identify any deviations from GMP/quality standards. * Documentation: Maintain precise records of all activities, including equipment logs, batch reports, and production data. * Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to prevent cross\-contamination and ensure product purity. * Compliance: Adhere strictly to GMP/GACP guidelines and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant working environment. Requirements * Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments (experience in the cannabis or pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage). * Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and/or GACP is highly valued. * Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical proficiency for measurements, and excellent teamwork abilities. Adaptability: You are comfortable in a fast\-paced environment and are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when the production cycle requires it.
