Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on machinery, with a focus on continuous improvement and anomaly resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **For a major multinational company in Seia, we are looking for:** **Maintenance Technician – Seia** **Responsibilities** \- Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on production line machines; \- Ensure machines operate at full capacity, identifying and resolving anomalies. \- Share knowledge and best practices with the team. \- Participate in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes. \- Carry out preventive tasks and on-call duties. \- Act as the liaison with external maintenance companies, contractors, and suppliers. **Requirements** \- Specialized education in the maintenance field. \- Experience in the industrial sector. \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. \- Problem-solving orientation. \- Proactivity and initiative.
