About the Role We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for advanced users, specializing in hardware maintenance, multi-platform operating systems, and basic networking. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments, including network-attached storage (NAS) solutions. Requirements * Technical qualification in Information Technology equivalent to 12th grade. * Minimum 1 year of experience in on-site technical support for advanced users. * Knowledge of hardware maintenance (diagnostics, repairs, component replacement). * Operating system knowledge: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android. * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Knowledge of network data storage (NAS). Language Requirements * English (written and spoken; valued for technical documentation). * Fluent Portuguese (mandatory for interaction with local clients).
