Today, we specialize in Printing and Software solutions. We are currently expanding our team by hiring a Cloud Support Technician to be assigned to our client.
Your responsibilities:
\- Execute the migration of virtual servers and associated services to the target cloud platform, following defined procedures and technical runbooks;
\- Plan and coordinate maintenance windows and various migration phases together with clients;
\- Provision and configure resources within the cloud infrastructure, including: Virtual Machines, Storage, Networks, VPNs, Connectivity components;
\- Monitor and support migrated environments during the Hypercare period, ensuring service stability and availability;
\- Provide first-line technical support to clients, analyzing and resolving incidents related to: Windows Server, Linux, Networks and connectivity, Active Directory, Microsoft 365;
\- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics for incidents, ensuring proper escalation to specialized teams when required;
\- Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients throughout the entire migration process;
\- Ensure compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What we expect from you:
\- Academic background in Information Technology;
\- Experience in technical support, Helpdesk or Service Desk roles;
\- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems;
\- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting;
\- Experience using diagnostic tools such as Ping and Traceroute;
\- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365;
\- Knowledge of Linux (preferred);
\- Experience in cloud environments (preferred);
\- Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and NAT rules (preferred);
\- Experience in infrastructure migration projects (preferred);
\- Strong communication skills and customer orientation;
\- English language proficiency;
\- Availability to join a project with an estimated duration of 6 months.
