Job Summary: Professional for the Operations Area, responsible for monitoring activities, managing teams, ensuring procedures, and reporting to the Supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible and team-oriented SUMA, a waste collection company, seeks to strengthen its structure by hiring a professional for the Operations Area. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the operational activity development of assigned teams, intervening in problem resolution according to established procedures, activity planning, and higher-level instructions, thereby promoting adherence to defined plans and contributing to optimization of resources employed in operations; * Communicate task assignments to team members, monitor execution of waste collection and urban cleaning services through continuous supervision, and verify compliance with the daily work plan defined by the Service Center Manager, thereby ensuring adherence to established service levels and completion of scheduled activities; * Ensure compliance with all administrative procedures, including completion of incident reports, verification and validation of daily logs, and other pre\-defined documents; * Distribute and issue equipment, uniforms, and accessories to team members, maintain such items, inspect their condition, and arrange replacements when necessary; * Report work progress to the Supervisor, communicate abnormal situations, and receive instructions regarding upcoming service planning and any required adjustments, thereby aligning work execution with received instructions and enabling appropriate communication and response to exceptional situations; * Inform all team members of their rights and responsibilities; * Comply with and enforce all Quality, Environment, and Safety procedures, collaborating and participating in implementation of essential measures to guarantee hygiene and safety conditions at the workplace. **Requirements / Competencies:** * Logistics experience (preferred) * Team leadership experience (mandatory) * Minimum two years’ prior experience in similar roles * User-level computer skills * Problem analysis and resolution * Valid driver’s license for light vehicles * Responsible and team-oriented * Willingness for nationwide mobility * Full and immediate availability * Flexible working hours **Work Location:** Polima (São Domingos de Rana)
