The selected candidate’s primary responsibility is to uphold the Group’s required service standards, fully comply with all norms and procedures, and guarantee overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Serve meals and beverages to guests and customers; * Assist in arranging dining areas and setting tables; * Maintain cleanliness of utensils; * Perform any preparatory tasks in the dining area; * Issue bills and process payments; * Foster customer loyalty through professional conduct. **Requirements:** * Experience and training in the food and beverage industry; * Customer service excellence orientation; * English proficiency; French is preferred; knowledge of other languages is valued; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Strong organizational and cleaning abilities; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will you join us in being naturally distinctive?
