Your \#FutureInSight with EssilorLuxottica Your Role: We are looking for an Optometrist/Orthoptist responsible for assessing and diagnosing visual health, ensuring excellence in optical care for our customers. Your role is essential in promoting overall well-being and ocular health, supported by state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct optometry and contactology consultations; · Evaluate each case and recommend the most suitable technical solution according to each customer's specific needs; · Guide and advise customers on selecting the most appropriate products (frames, types of ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses, artificial tears, etc.); · Clarify correct usage of each product and adaptation process; · Ensure continuous customer follow-up, guaranteeing appropriate follow\-up. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Optometry and Vision Sciences or Orthoptics and Vision Sciences; · Results-oriented, with strong teamwork spirit and commitment to a shared objective: delivering the best visual quality to the Portuguese population; · Strong customer orientation, fostering close relationships and loyalty; · Interest in commercial activities, combined with high standards of quality and professional rigor; · Flexibility and availability regarding working hours.
