Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrician for preventive and corrective maintenance at a shopping center, responsible for general building management and proposing technical improvements. Integration into a solid and rapidly growing company upK, a Maintenance Management company, is looking for 1 Electrician to work as part of a resident maintenance team, performing preventive and corrective maintenance at MaiaShopping Shopping Center. Main Responsibilities: \- Perform general building maintenance tasks; \- Carry out preventive maintenance actions on equipment according to the established maintenance plan. \- Carry out corrective maintenance actions on equipment. \- Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions.
