Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure and Support IT Technician with experience in networks, servers, and systems, capable of providing direct technical support to users. Key Highlights: 1. Local and remote technical support to users We are looking for an Infrastructure and Support IT Technician with practical experience in networks, servers, and systems, who is also able to provide direct technical support to users. Main Responsibilities: \- Implement and configure network infrastructures (switches, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs); \- Support the installation and replication of AD, DNS, DHCP, and file servers; \- Participate in the configuration of backup systems, restore policies, and redundancy; \- Collaborate on the application of GPOs, security restrictions, and MFA; \- Support the installation and management of solutions such as GLPI, Snipe\-IT, and Zabbix; \- Contribute to the organization and digitization of technical documentation; \- Create and update network diagrams (physical and logical); \- Perform diagnostics, interventions, and preventive maintenance; \- Provide local and remote technical support to users (hardware, software, network); \- Register and track requests via the helpdesk platform (GLPI); \- Perform preventive maintenance interventions on PCs and equipment; \- Install and configure equipment (laptops, printers, terminals); \- Ensure continuous technical support across various business units. Job Requirements: \- Higher education degree in Computer Networks and Systems; Computer Engineering; Information Technologies; or related fields; \- Experience with TCP/IP networks, VLANs, firewalls, and basic routing; \- Basic knowledge of SQL database administration (preferably Microsoft SQL Server); \- Knowledge of Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.); \- Practical experience installing/configuring network equipment (Unifi, Mikrotik, Cisco, or equivalents); \- Knowledge of backup and recovery systems; \- Ability to read and create network diagrams; \- Strong communication skills when interacting with users from diverse departments and technical backgrounds, with a focus on efficient and professional problem resolution; \- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team; \- Rigor, organization, and initiative; \- Willingness to travel regularly to group business units.
