




### **Job Description and Responsibilities** * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) management system of TCPI within their area, through the proper implementation of applicable procedures, identifying and proposing improvements; * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental protection obligations; * Ensure compliance with OHS and environmental plans on site; * Guarantee compliance with operational controls required in their role; * Carry out HSE inspections; * Handle equipment designed to detect safety conditions; * Use and promote the correct use of PPE according to workplace risks; * Promote continuous training activities on site to raise employee awareness of risks and compliance with mitigation measures; * Participate in OHS and environmental meetings when requested; * Adhere to the ethical principles governing their professional activity. ### **Candidate Profile** * Professional experience in similar roles (preferably 2 years or more); * Mobility / Availability / Flexibility for travel; * Organizational / planning skills / Punctuality / Attendance; * Problem analysis and resolution ability; * Communication and interpersonal skills; * Critical thinking; * Ability to adapt to new cultures.
