If you are an Ynnovator who believes innovation can be a key driver, then we are the right company for you. **Previous experience required:*** At least 5 years’ experience delivering agile software development projects or application modernization projects within time and budget constraints * Direct client-facing experience * Experience with agile methods and platforms, including JIRA, Trello, GitHub * Strong analytical and assessment skills * Excellent communication skills * Experience capturing and managing stakeholder expectations * Attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills * Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment * Ability to plan, organize, structure, and prioritize work **Desirable skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or related fields; * PMI or Prince2 certifications * Strong teamwork capabilities * Customer- and delivery-focused mindset * Strong leadership and communication skills * Experience with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies * Ability to analyze, organize, and *plan* * High level of proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy * Language requirements: fluent in Portuguese and English – mandatory; **The salary range for this position is between €50k–€70k gross per year, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.**
