Main Responsibilities: * KPI Management: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators. * Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop team members. * Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the best experience for our customers. * Operational Management: Manage various activities and ensure smooth store operations. * Quality and Food Safety: Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements and the HACCP plan.
