If you're a hands\-on leader who thrives in fast\-paced environments, enjoys building high\-performing teams, and knows how to scale operations while delivering commercial results, we'd love to hear from you. **What You'll Be Doing** As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day\-to\-day operational performance of our Portugal business while partnering closely with senior leadership to support growth. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and scaling operational teams across multiple functions. * Driving operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Working closely with Sales to achieve revenue growth objectives. * Ensuring exceptional customer service and SLA performance. * Managing cross\-functional teams including Technical, Customer Service, Scheduling and Operations. * Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions. * Recruiting, developing and coaching high\-performing teams. * Building a culture of ownership, collaboration and execution. * Monitoring KPIs and implementing data\-driven improvements.
