Work on complex, cross-functional projects affecting market trends. **Vestas Technology \& Operations \> Research \& Development \> SPC Project Management** In SW Platforms \& Connectivity Project Management, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled project managers, Scrum Masters and RTEs located in both Denmark and Portugal. In our department, we are accountable for establishing, operating and implementing the project portfolio of the module, through leading and carrying out our projects according to our execution model in an efficient way, from scoping to market delivery. In our department, we all lead by example and live Vestas values of Accountability, Collaboration, Simplicity, and Commitment to deliver on our promises for time, cost, and quality. **Responsibilities** You will be supporting the Module roadmap and strategy by taking part of the projects executed out of our Technology Centre in Porto, while the projects have a global reach with teams and stakeholders worldwide. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle and the commercial output of our projects delivered through our stage\-gate execution model: * Scope, initiate and carry out SW Platform \& Networks module projects * Be accountable for budgets, timelines and project plans * Accountable for planning, including technical reviews, project management reviews and gate recommendations according to the operating model of Vestas * Monitor progress and escalate risks and deviations timely to find mitigations to issues * Communicate clearly to the complete stakeholder map, and guide downwards, upwards and lateral in the organization * Work closely with line management to secure the right staffing and timely initiation of the projects and set the teams up for achievement. **Qualifications** * Technical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc). An engineering degree within electrical, IT or similar would be an added value, but not a requirement * Previous work experience with projects/project management added value, but not a requirement * English fluency, both written and verbally **Competencies** * Ability to inspire and influence others through clear communication, credibility, and persuasive argumentation * Capability to work effectively and collaborate across diverse cultures and remote working environments * Professionalism and effectiveness in navigating change, with the ability to support and guide others through periods of transformation * Solid stakeholder and communication management skillset to address a complex stakeholder matrix * Highly capable in IT, with a thorough understanding of systems and the connections between them. **What We Offer** At Vestas, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while gaining broad exposure across different functions and organizational levels.
