Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Coordinator to manage sales points, store teams, merchandising, and support administrative procedures in Madeira. Key Highlights: 1. Support management teams in administrative procedures Part of the VNC Group—the largest Portuguese fashion retail group—owner of brands such as Tiffosi and Vilanova, with over 150 stores nationwide and internationally, Tiffosi is a "Jeans" brand characterized by its simultaneous presence in both Adult and Teen segments. With the aim of continuing our growth, we intend to strengthen our team with a Regional Coordinator (m/f) for the Madeira region. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Managing sales points within your region, ensuring achievement of sales targets and performance indicators; * Managing store teams, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of staff; * Monitoring and ensuring proper store merchandising; * Supporting store management teams in compliance with store administrative procedures: schedules, vacation plans, sales analyses, among others. **What we value:** * Higher education degree (preferred); * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within textile retail; * Experience managing teams; * Strong results orientation; * High energy and ability to work autonomously; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
