Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for construction supervision, with experience in monitoring and coordinating building projects in Portugal. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development opportunities **P2S PROJECT** is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the development and preparation of engineering studies and projects, with a focus on large-scale residential and tourism developments. We are expanding our team and looking to recruit a **Civil Engineer (Construction Supervision)**. Requirements/Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Professional experience in monitoring, coordination, and/or supervision of building projects, covering most involved specialties (approximately 2–10 years’ experience in the indicated areas, in Portugal); * Active registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers is highly valued; * Additional experience in building specialty design is an advantage; * Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills; * Critical and constructive attitude, contributing to continuous process improvement and achieving the best possible outcome; * Physical fitness for work both in office and on-site; * Solid experience using essential digital tools for construction environments, especially Microsoft Excel and Project, without neglecting complementary tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Word or CAD applications; * Valid Category B driving license and/or autonomy in commuting within Lisbon city; * Residence in the Lisbon area (preferred). **What We Offer:** * Remuneration and benefits commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Integration into a stable and growing company, with a young, multidisciplinary team and diverse projects; * A collaborative, challenging work environment with professional development opportunities. **Application:** Please send your updated CV and cover letter to the following email: joaoccalvaro@gmail.com (Head of Recruitment).
