Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to prepare meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and coordinate the kitchen team, applying HACCP knowledge and cost management principles. Strong organizational and cleaning skills We are looking for an experienced kitchen assistant to join our team at a restaurant in Alvor. Responsibilities: * Preparation and cooking of meals; * Plating and garnishing cooked dishes; * Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and all equipment; * Performing tasks in accordance with Food Hygiene, Safety, and Occupational Safety regulations; * Coordinating the kitchen team. Requirements: * Specific experience in traditional Algarve cuisine. * Sensitivity to cost management; * Solid knowledge of HACCP; * Teamwork orientation; * Responsible, punctual, and reliable; * Strong organizational and cleaning skills; * Proficiency in understanding and speaking Portuguese Immediate start!
