Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchenette and dishware. 2. Assist in organizing and arranging store materials and spaces. 3. Comply with safety regulations and personal appearance standards. The **kitchen assistant** must perform the following duties: **1\. Dish and kitchen utensil washing** * Wash plates, glasses, cutlery, and utensils to ensure they are clean and ready for reuse. * Operate and clean the dishwasher, replenish detergent, and perform basic maintenance. **2\. Kitchenette cleaning and sanitization** * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). **3\. Waste collection and separation** * Correctly separate and dispose of waste (organic, recyclable, etc.). * Keep trash containers clean and sanitized. **4\. Assistance in organizing and storing materials** * Store washed dishware and organize utensils, cleaning supplies, and other materials. * Assist in arranging kitchen products and daily-use items. **5\. Store space organization and maintenance** * Maintain cleanliness and order in common store areas, including the service counter, circulation zones, and support areas. * Clean and tidy display cases and shelves as needed. * Ensure the store area remains presentable to customers throughout the day. * Assist in restocking products, napkins, cutlery, or other service-support materials. **6\.
