Summary: Zumub is seeking a Head of Creative to lead brand storytelling, define creative vision, and execute content across all channels, blending leadership with hands-on production. Highlights: 1. Work in a creative, ambitious, and dynamic environment Zumub is hiring a Head of Creative to drive brand storytelling across all channels while remaining actively involved in content creation. This is a unique opportunity to blend leadership, strategy, and hands\-on execution. ROLE: Define the brand’s creative vision and ensure consistency across all markets and channels. Generate and write innovative concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations. Take part in creative production, including photo/video shoots, scripting, and on\-set guidance. Lead ideation and delivery of key campaigns (launches, partnerships, seasonal activations). Ensure strong, cohesive storytelling across digital, social, retail, and customer experiences. Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of designers and content creators. Monitor trends and cultural shifts to keep creative approaches fresh and engaging. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred). Demonstrated experience as a creative leader. Portfolio showcasing strategic and hands\-on creative work. Excellent writing and concept development skills. Experience in creative production (storyboarding, scripting, photo/video). Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
