Job Summary: Bed and Sun is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams, ensuring quality and organization of cleaning services across properties. Key Highlights: 1. Support staff training and report maintenance issues Bed and Sun, a leading property management company in the municipality of Loulé, is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join its team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy leading teams, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform cleaning tasks together with your team. \- Coordinate the Cleaning Technicians team during service at each property. \- Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and standards. \- Complete detailed reports (checklists/inspection sheets) on the condition of each property after every cleaning. \- Restock basic replacement items at properties (light bulbs, small appliances, kitchen utensils, etc.). \- Manage inventory levels of these items and report replenishment needs to logistics. \- Organize tasks and manage priorities to meet check-in/check-out schedules. \- Report any maintenance issues, malfunctions, or damages. \- Support onboarding and training of new team members. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in professional cleaning, hospitality, or short-term rental accommodation. \- Prior supervisory experience (preferred). \- Valid driving license category B – mandatory. \- Leadership ability and strong communication skills. \- Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. \- Flexibility to work variable hours. **Working Conditions:** \- Monthly salary between €1,050 and €1,100, plus a meal allowance of €10.20/day via meal card. \- Permanent contract, reflecting leadership responsibilities, reporting duties, and procedural management. \- 8-hour daily schedule between 08:30 and 20:00, subject to business needs. \- Rotating days off. \- Initial and ongoing training. \- Career progression opportunities within Bed and Sun. **Application Instructions:** \- Send your updated CV to: jobs@alojamentolocal.com \- Subject line: Application: Cleaning Supervisor \- Questions: **\+351 939 551 931** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: €1,050.00 – €1,100.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Work Location: On-site
