In this role, you will support and optimize assembly processes, ensure accurate technical documentation, analyze production indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Process Engineers and cross‑functional teams to maintain stable, efficient, and high‑quality assembly operations.**THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:** ----------------------------------- * Create and update technical documentation for assembly lines (work instructions, checklists, work plans) * Support process changes, tests, and parameter adjustments defined by Process Engineering * Analyze production KPIs and contribute with improvement proposals * Assist in problem‑solving activities, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions * Support the introduction of new products and processes * Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives **WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:** -------------------------------- You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
