Its core activity focuses on high-precision technical injection molding, utilizing various thermoplastic raw materials in its production process. It operates a state-of-the-art equipment park acquired in 2017, featuring high precision, flexibility, and capabilities for post-molding operations such as welding, assembly, and integration of subcomponents directly into the injection process — enabling SOPLAST to meet even the most demanding client requirements. SOPLAST maintains a versatile team capable of supporting clients from product development through to mass production, while also offering internal capacity to produce small batches using the latest prototyping technologies. To join our team, SOPLAST is currently seeking: **SMED Tuner** **Main Responsibilities:** · Execute and ensure adherence to the process and machine startup procedures according to technical quality requirements; · Comply with stipulated control plans; · Perform mold changes; · Ensure machine and mold tuning; · Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment; · Promote cleanliness and organization; · Combat waste and promote continuous improvement; · Ensure operation of the QMS (Quality Management System); · Perform work safely and promote the use of PPE; · Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all documentation relevant to the role; **Requirements:** Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for teamwork**, with openness to learning and manual dexterity; **Academic Qualifications**: Minimum secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent professional training (preferably in polymers or injection molding); Basic computer literacy; **Employment Offer:** Full-time (8 hours); **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:00 **Relevant professional experience is highly valued.** **Benefits:** * Meal card/ticket * Competitive salary; * Health insurance Working hours: * Monday to Friday Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Free parking Work location: On-site
