We work with households and businesses investing in energy efficiency solutions for savings, energy autonomy, and protection. We install solar panels, batteries, anti-blackout systems, heat pumps, and integrated energy solutions — turnkey, with our own methodology, dedicated support, and proprietary technical standards. As an SME with annual revenue between €10–15 million, we are professionalizing all operational areas to scale sustainably and meet rising demand for our services. The position we are opening today is part of this plan: growing with the right people, clear processes, and a strong culture. **What You’ll Do** **You are responsible for the electrical component of SolarTécnica installations: distribution boards, protective devices, AC connections, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and batteries. Your work must always be auditable, safe, and code-compliant.** ■ Execute AC and DC electrical connections in residential and commercial photovoltaic installations ■ Install and configure electrical distribution boards, protective devices, circuit breakers, and residual-current devices ■ Integrate batteries, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and anti-blackout systems ■ Validate continuity, insulation, earthing, and protection in accordance with applicable standards ■ Ensure legal and technical compliance for certification / registration ■ Record all interventions in a technical report with photographs ■ Identify non-conformities in pre-existing electrical installations and report them **The Profile We Seek** We do not require identical prior experience in this sector—we will train you as needed. We do require: ■ Absolute technical rigor: your work must pass any audit ■ Regulatory knowledge: RTIEBT, electrical safety, protection systems, cable cross-sections, and earthing ■ Personal accountability: no supervision substitutes your technical conscience ■ Ability to explain clearly to clients without unnecessary jargon ■ Valid professional electrician license (DGEG / OE / appropriate category) ■ Class B driver’s license **Bonus (non-eliminatory):** ■ Specific experience in photovoltaic installations with batteries and anti-blackout systems ■ Certification for working at height ■ Experience with Deye, Solis, and Sungrow inverters and Felicity batteries **What We Do Not Seek** To ensure transparency from the outset, this role is not suitable for: ■ Those who improvise in electrical work or make decisions without technical criteria ■ Those who ignore regulations because "that’s how it’s always been done" ■ Those who deliver interventions without testing, recording, and validating ■ Those who fail to document interventions or retain critical information solely in memory Our culture is clear: we value responsibility, rigor, continuous learning, respect, and teamwork.
