About the Role We are looking for a Senior SQL Server DBA with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in SQL Server database administration, specializing in SQL Server OLTP, AlwaysOn Availability Groups, and Azure SQL. The role focuses on performance analysis and optimization, application troubleshooting within .NET/IIS stacks, and ensuring high availability and reliability of mission-critical database environments. Requirements * Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant SQL Server database administration roles. * Advanced knowledge of: SQL Server OLTP AlwaysOn Availability Groups Azure SQL * Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization. * Experience in application troubleshooting within .NET and IIS stacks. * Knowledge of OLAP and SSIS (preferred). * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred). * High level of documentation rigor and attention to detail. * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and analytical capability.
