




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer with industrial experience to analyze and optimize part manufacturing, develop processes, and manage technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; Minimum 4 years’ experience in Process Engineering roles within an industrial environment; Language skills (English; Spanish); Proficiency in MS Office tools; Ability to interpret engineering drawings; Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement tools. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and verify part manufacturing, including mechanical assemblies and their respective structures; * Support the design and development of processes; * Review all technical documentation for production; * Conduct manufacturing process planning / technical routing studies; * Perform in-line production testing; * Monitor production activities in close collaboration with the Quality Department; * Manage technical documentation; * Develop and maintain work models and instructions; * Optimize production and related manufacturing processes; * Implement process improvements; * Conduct time and motion studies; * Perform balancing analysis of cycle times for assembly cells and lines; * Fulfill responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System work procedures, and actively participate in continuously improving its effectiveness; * Propose improvements and corrections, aligning production requirements with workstation optimization to enhance human–machine integration; * Actively contribute to and participate in continuous product improvement, cost reduction, and enterprise productivity enhancement, always complying with occupational safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection standards.
