Your primary mission will be to ensure the execution and reliability of physicochemical analyses, guaranteeing compliance with quality, food safety, and Nestlé standards, while supporting industrial operations and related decision-making. Join this team and discover Nestlé! **WHAT YOU WILL DO …** * Perform physicochemical analyses to determine parameters such as mycotoxins, sugars, vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, caffeine, moisture, fibers, and carbonation systems; * Apply reference analytical methods, including Atomic Absorption, HPLC, titrations, Mojonnier, among others; * Use alternative analytical methods, such as XRF, NIR, thermogravimetric analysis, color tests, and carbonation systems; * Ensure accurate recording, validation, and timely communication of analytical results; * Participate in monitoring, verification, and basic maintenance of laboratory instrumentation; * Collaborate on interlaboratory proficiency testing and related follow-up actions; * Investigate analytical deviations and participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimization of analytical costs, and laboratory efficiency; * Strictly comply with Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements. **ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Technical or higher education in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent fields; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in physicochemical analysis within an industrial or laboratory setting (preferred); * Solid knowledge of instrumental techniques and analytical methods; * Experience in analytical method validation/verification, statistical treatment of results, and interpretation of laboratory trends; * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), HACCP, ISO 17025; * Good command of English; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; * Sense of responsibility, rigor, and attention to detail; * Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; * Critical thinking, proactivity, and problem-solving orientation; * Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
