Employee benefits: discounts, health insurance, gym FUNCTION: Perform preventive maintenance and preservation of industrial equipment, ensuring continuous operation; Detect and rectify faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machines and systems; Design, plan, and implement automation solutions and improvements to production processes; Analyze technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals to carry out interventions and optimizations; Support the installation and programming of new equipment and automated systems; Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all stages of the production process. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or higher education in Industrial Mechanics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between manufacturing facilities; Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the food sector; Solid knowledge of industrial automation systems and ability to recommend improvements; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics; Strong problem-solving skills and determination; High sense of responsibility, methodical approach, and teamwork spirit.
