About the Role We are seeking a 3rd Line Application Support Analyst for the banking sector to deliver application and operational support, ensuring service level maintenance and analysis/resolution of technical and functional incidents. This role combines monitoring, alert management, process improvement, and automation development to strengthen service control and operational efficiency. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in similar application support roles. Strong experience in application and operational support for maintaining service levels. Experience in monitoring and alert management. Ability to develop service management and control tools and automation solutions. Experience in analyzing and resolving internal/external, technical/functional incidents and problems. Ability to understand and internalize application workflows and perform functional analysis. Experience in analyzing, documenting, and continuously improving internal processes and tools. SQL knowledge. Knowledge of AIX/Linux operating systems from a user perspective. Strong combination of technical and functional skills. Intermediate/advanced scripting knowledge, such as Shell/Bash and Python. Work Model Support during standard business hours. Rotating remote night coverage with other team members. Night coverage is always remote; no physical presence is required at night. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, an on-site visit may be necessary.
