This role is full\-time, based on\-site at our Setubal facility. ### **About the Role** As an HSE Officer at Curaleaf International, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety policies across our facilities and operations. You'll ensure that every process \- from cultivation to clinical service \- meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. **Duties will include, but not be limited to:** * Developing and executing workplace health and safety plans in accordance with legal and Curaleaf standards * Preparing and enforcing policies to foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability * Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits to evaluate compliance across laboratories, clinics, and production facilities * Delivering engaging training and awareness programmes on workplace safety and accident prevention * Leading investigations into accidents and near\-miss incidents, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive actions * Maintaining and communicating up\-to\-date Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Keeping abreast of legislation, standards, and best practices, and advising management on required updates or changes * Monitoring compliance with waste management regulations * Maintaining key HSE metrics and producing regular reports for leadership review ### **About You** You're driven by excellence, inspired by innovation, and passionate about creating safe, compliant workplaces.
