Values experience and teamwork ability We are looking for a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for Short-Term Rental properties Responsibilities: Furniture assembly Wall-mounted frames Silicone application Simple electrical installation Sink trap disassembly/assembly Basic painting (touch-ups) Lock cylinder and lock replacement Basic Requirement: Valid driver's license (at least for motorcycles) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in maintenance is a plus but not mandatory; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Good communication skills and attention to detail; Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on weekends; We Offer: Base salary + meal allowance + 13th and 14th month payments Pleasant and dynamic work environment; Opportunity for professional growth within the company.
