




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to manage equipment repair processes, perform short-distance transport tasks, prepare components, and support activities within the Technical Assistance Department. HIDMA - Hidráulica e Automação, S.A., with 25 years of market presence, is a leading and reference company in hydraulic installation projects, specializing in: - WTPs – Water Treatment Plants; - WLPs – Water Supply Pumping Stations; - WRPs – Wastewater Pumping Stations; - WWTPs – Wastewater Treatment Plants. We primarily execute public works projects, with a strong focus on large- and medium-scale fluid installations and high-level technical expertise in pumping equipment, valves, water treatment equipment, instrumentation, electrical installations, and associated automation. To strengthen our Technical Assistance Department, we seek to recruit an Electromechanical Technician with significant potential for professional growth. Main Responsibilities: • Managing the initiation of equipment repair processes (e.g., electric pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc.), including registration in the internal platform and preparation of required diagnostic documentation according to company procedures; • Performing timely short-distance transport tasks related to internal operations and delivery of equipment for repair; • Technical preparation and surface treatment of components for repair and refurbishment processes; • Painting and finishing of repaired equipment; • Supporting general workshop and Technical Assistance Department activities. REQUIREMENTS • Prior experience in the field is preferred. • Technical qualification at Level IV or Level V in Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Electrotechnics (non-mandatory); • Knowledge and experience in electromechanical techniques, materials, and equipment will be valued; • Valid driver’s license (mandatory); • Computer literacy; • Permanent residence in Portugal and valid personal documentation in Portugal; • Experience in maintenance of electromechanical equipment will be valued; PROFILE • Energetic and resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities; • Age between 20 and 35 years is preferred; • High sense of responsibility; • Strong organizational skills; • Team management capability is preferred; • Strong team spirit, cooperation, and transparency.
