As a Construction Assistant, you will join an organization with nearly 30 years of experience in building management and maintenance, serving residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Where will you work? In the center of Lisbon Main Responsibilities: - General support to technicians in installation and maintenance activities; - Assistance in executing tasks related to: - Electricity (cable routing, support in simple connections, material organization); - Plumbing (assisting in pipe assembly, fittings, and equipment installation); - HVAC (supporting installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems); - Preparation and organization of tools, equipment, and materials on-site; - Transport and handling of materials at the worksite; - Cleaning and organizing the work area, ensuring safety conditions; - Compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards on-site; - Logistical support related to construction activities. What we are looking for in you: - Knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and HVAC; - Willingness to follow instructions; - Ability to work in a team; - Sense of responsibility and punctuality. What we offer: - Direct contract with the client, fixed-term for 6 months, renewable; - Base salary: €950 gross/month; - Meal allowance: €6; - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
