We seek a dynamic individual eager to learn and grow within a successful team in a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Install coffee machines and other hospitality equipment at client sites; - Train clients on equipment operation and best practices for maintenance; - Ensure daily record-keeping procedures in the system; - Execute service management correctly in accordance with the established schedule; - Guarantee proper management and restocking of assigned inventory; - Ensure optimal functioning of equipment under responsibility (work tools). Requirements: - Secondary education; - Prior professional experience in equipment repair; - Knowledge of electricity/electronics and basic plumbing (preferred); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and web browsing from an end-user perspective; - Planning and organizational skills; - Customer and results orientation; - Excellent communication skills; - Service quality orientation; - Strong sense of commitment and responsibility; - Teamwork enthusiasm; - Flexibility and adaptability; - Stress resistance. Offer: - Base salary of €940; - Meal allowance of €10.20 via meal card; - Flexible working hours; - Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30, with a 1h30 lunch break; - Safe, positive work environment with real opportunities for integration and career progression at the client company; - Work location: Santiago do Cacém.
