Investment in employee development Job Details: Are you looking for a new opportunity before vacation or aiming to start the second half of the year with a more valued, stable career and above-average income? **MetalPro**, a leading Portuguese company in the gold and precious metals purchasing sector, continues to grow and is expanding its team. **We are hiring staff for our stores in Albufeira and Viseu.** If you seek a new professional challenge and wish to join a solid, growing company offering development opportunities, we invite you to become part of this successful project. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent customer service; \- Rigorously evaluating gold items, presenting transparent and competitive purchase offers, clarifying all evaluation criteria, and conducting negotiations professionally to reach mutually beneficial agreements; \- Approaching customers during promotional activities; \- Managing customer appointments and daily store requirements. **We are looking for candidates with:** \- Completion of secondary education (12th grade); \- Strong communication and customer service skills; \- Organized and proactive mindset; \- Active listening to identify needs and increase sales conversion; \- Communication and sales competencies; \- Basic user-level computer literacy; \- Ability to work independently; \- Professional appearance; \- Experience in gold sales or purchasing (preferred). **What we offer:** \- Employment contract; \- Meal allowance; \- Base salary compliant with current legislation; \- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly installments. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 10:00–13:00 and 14:30–19:00\.
