Focus on rigor, attention to detail, and analytical ability **Quality Control Operator \| Lisbon** We are recruiting a Quality Operator for a leading industrial client operating in Massamá \- Sintra. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring of the production process and self-inspection control * Computerized recording of inspections and process stages * Analysis of manufacturing orders and final products * Verification and approval of self-inspections at various production stages * Preparation of samples for customers * Issuance of inspection certificates (where applicable) * Ensuring documentary and technical compliance **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control or relevant training * Knowledge of FSC® and PEFC™ standards (advantageous) * Rigor, attention to detail, and analytical ability * Organizational skills and team spirit * User-level computer literacy **Offer:** * Integration into a dynamic industrial environment * Base salary \+ shift allowance \+ attendance bonus * Schedule: Monday to Friday, under a rotating 2-shift system * Stable project with prospects for professional development Note: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within a maximum of 10 working days.
