Who are we looking for? ##### **Network Manager (Junior)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor ATM network performance to ensure optimal operation and availability; * Manage incidents, ensuring swift and high-quality resolution; * Supervise and provide remote support for corrective and preventive maintenance performed by technical assistance providers; * Monitor service levels contracted with providers. **Mandatory Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Education in IT/IS; * Knowledge of networks and/or systems, and related monitoring tools/solutions; * Proficiency in MS Office tools; * Oral and written English communication skills. **Desirable Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Experience in monitoring payment terminal or telecommunications networks; * ITIL: Service Management; * Analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Prioritization and organizational skills. **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week at the Lisbon office).
