Continuous KPI optimization and development of strategic rationales **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Performance Executive to join our agency’s digital team, with a primary focus on Google Search and performance campaigns oriented toward business results. We seek a candidate with strong operational and strategic capabilities, hands-on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns, and an analytical mindset geared toward continuous optimization. This role involves close collaboration with client teams; therefore, autonomy, critical thinking, and prioritization skills are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily management of Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Search * Planning, implementation, and optimization of performance campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google, Meta, DV360, email marketing) * Management of affiliate activities * Monitoring and optimization of KPIs such as CPA, CTR, CVR, and CPC * Development of strategic rationales to address client challenges * Performance analysis and identification of optimization opportunities * Creation of actionable reports and insights * Budget management and pacing control * Collaboration with analytics teams and other agency and client teams * Support in defining integrated full-funnel strategies * Ensuring best practices in tracking, tagging, and measurement **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing * Solid experience with Google Search * Experience with Meta * Experience in media agencies or digital agencies (preferred) * Experience managing performance accounts oriented toward business results * Experience in the financial sector is a plus **Knowledge and Skills:** * In addition to the platforms listed above: Google Analytics, Excel * Strong analytical ability * Attention to detail * Organization and autonomy * Strategic thinking * Client-facing communication skills * Proactivity **Work Model:** Hybrid work model (client\-agency\-home office) Compensation: €1,800.00 \- €2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/voucher * Health insurance Work location: On-site
