Analytical, planning, and organizational skills Fresenius Medical Care seeks to hire for its hemodialysis clinic in Évora: **Nurse \- Head** **Role** Lead teams within your area of responsibility, ensure the well-being of patients, maintain appropriate working conditions for staff, and guarantee that nursing care is delivered in compliance with general professional standards, technical guidelines, and company standards. **Our mission:** "Creating a future worth living — for all patients, worldwide, every day." **Profile** * Specialist nurse certification issued by the Portuguese Nurses Association (OE), preferably in the following areas: * Medical-Surgical Nursing, focusing on Chronic Care Nursing * Medical-Surgical Nursing, focusing on Critical Care Nursing * Medical-Surgical Nursing, focusing on Palliative Care Nursing * Master’s Degree in Health Management (preferred) * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in hemodialysis * Professional experience in Health Management (preferred) * Pedagogical Competence Certificate \| CCP/CAP (preferred) * English language proficiency (Intermediate level – B1\) * User-level computer skills * Leadership, team coordination, and team development capabilities * Analytical, planning, and organizational skills * Initiative, dynamism, and autonomy * Communication and interpersonal relationship skills * Strong focus on quality, customer service, and results * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams * Willingness to travel **NOTE:** Attach a copy of your OE membership card to your application. **Join this team and help us fulfill our mission!**
