Improve financial control processes and reporting We are looking for an experienced **Financial Controller** to support the financial and operational management of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate financial insights, monitoring business performance and supporting management with data\-driven decision\-making. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts. * Produce and analyse monthly P\&L reports and key financial KPIs. * Monitor costs, margins and overall business performance. * Oversee inventory control and stock analysis. * Analyse food cost, beverage cost and operational performance. * Prepare management reports and financial analysis. * Identify variances and recommend corrective actions. * Improve financial control processes and reporting. * Support management with financial planning and strategic decisions. Requirements * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. * Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance role. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus). * Experience in hospitality, restaurants or retail is an advantage. * Fluent English and Portuguese is mandatory.
