We are recruiting an Architect/Construction Manager (M/F) for the Grândola area with the following profile: Profile: \- Experience in civil construction quantity surveying; \- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel; \- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (preferred); \- Dynamism and proactivity; \- Organizational skills and attention to detail; Responsibilities: \- Perform project measurements to ensure accurate interpretation/preparation of plans; \- Carry out measurements for monthly work certificates issued to subcontractors and clients; \- Review drawings to identify errors and omissions.
